A $75 fee will be charged once your lost item is returned. If a driver has to deliver the lost item to the customer’s location, the meter rate plus $75 will be charged to the customer in advance. Please note that drivers are independent contractors, and this fee compensates them for their time. The entire fee is passed on to the driver. Neither "Olaa" nor the drivers are responsible for items left in a vehicle after a trip ends. While we are here to help, we cannot guarantee that a driver has your item or can immediately deliver it to you.
For instant doorstep item deliveries, a minimum fare of $49 will be charged in Milwaukee areas and suburbs. Prices may vary outside of Milwaukee. For out-of-state requests, a $129 fee will be charged, plus the shipping cost. Most items can be mailed, and a tracking number will be sent to the customer upon request. It is important to note that Olaa is not responsible if the shipping company loses the package, and the driver or company cannot guarantee the delivery of your item.
