CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY 2025

Dear Valuable Customers :

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate this, we have a simple cancellation policy:

There will be no charge if you cancel your reservation at least 30 minutes before your pickup time.

Cancellations made upon pickup or within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

For local journeys, cancellations made before the booking time and before the vehicle is dispatched will not incur any penalty charges.

To cancel a booking, don't hesitate to contact our call center at 262-359-9999 or 414-688-6786.

Please note that pre-paid rides are non-refundable once booked, and there will be no refunds for services rendered. Cancellation fees help compensate drivers for the time spent traveling to a rider's pickup location.

If you believe you were charged a cancellation fee in error, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will respond as quickly as possible.
